constituents:-

– Parwal( Refocused Gourd) 250 grams
– Potatoes 2 medium- sized( voluntary)
– Onion 1 large
– Tomatoes 2 medium- sized
– herbage Chilies 2- 3
– gusto- Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
– Turmeric Greasepaint 1/2 tablespoon
– Coriander Greasepaint 1 tablespoon
– Red Chili Greasepaint 1/2 tablespoon
– Garam Masala 1/2 tablespoon
– swab To taste
– oil painting 2- 3 soupspoons

Preparation:- Start by washing and shelling the Parwal. Cut them lengthwise into halves. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cells if you’re using them.

Sautéing:- toast oil painting in a visage and add the sliced Parwal and potato cells. Sauté them until they turn golden brown and set away.

Masala Base:- In the same visage, add some further oil painting if demanded and sauté finely diced onions until they turn golden brown. Add the gusto- garlic paste and green chilies, and cook until the raw smell disappears.

Tomato Mix:- Add finely diced tomatoes to the visage and cook until they turn soft and oil painting starts separating from the admixture.

Spices:-Stir in turmeric greasepaint, coriander greasepaint, red chili greasepaint, and swab. Mix well and cook for a couple of twinkles until the spices blend well with the tomato- onion admixture.

Combine:-Add the sautéed Parwal and potatoes to the visage. Mix everything completely so that the vegetables are well- carpeted with the masala.

poach:-Add a little water to achieve the asked thickness of the curry. Cover the visage and let it poach on low heat until the Parwal and potatoes are cooked through and tender.

Finishing Touch:-Sprinkle garam masala over the curry and give it a final blend. Garnish with lately diced coriander leaves.
